| Midwest Doula Trainers present... | |
|
Our training faculty are unique. All three instructors are published authors and accomplished speakers with varied yet effective approaches to labor support. As one of our participants said, "You are all so different in your style, but all so effective as doulas. It gave me confidence that I could be a good doula in my own way." DONA International recently recognized members of our training team as "inspirational" and "logically organized, professional, non-judgmental, engaging and amazing." We are proud and excited to be recognized for our work as trainers, and the leadership role we have taken in the doula profession. We limit our enrollment to 18 participants in order to make certain that your questions are answered and you learn critical "hands on" skills. Labor and delivery nurses and nursing students have taken our course to gain a deeper understanding of birth and new knowledge of effective comfort measures and positioning techniques. Over
98% of our participants rate our training as "very good to excellent"
and feel ready to begin doula work at the completion of the training.
We are committed to helping you to feel the same way.
